Product Collection Methods

Delivery

Delivery is available in Brno and surrounding areas for orders over 1000 CZK.

Delivery is completed within 1-3 business days after order confirmation.

Store Pickup and Retail Stores

You can collect your order personally from our store in Brno or purchase products at partner stores throughout the Czech Republic. After placing your order, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for product collection.

Payment Terms

For Wholesale Customers

• Order placement is done online through our website
• Payment is made according to the issued invoice in accordance with agreed terms
• Payment deferral is possible for regular partners

For Retail Customers

The following payment methods are available:

Online Payment on Website

• By bank card through the secure GoPay payment system
• All major card types are supported

Payment on Collection

• Cash payment during store pickup
• Cash payment to courier upon delivery
